Fees & Booking Information

To provide consistent, meaningful progress, most students attend through structured term-based learning support packages.

This allows sessions to remain purposeful, personalised, and aligned with each child’s individual learning goals, while also supporting ongoing progress tracking and communication with families.

Term Support Packages

10 x sessions-Structured Personalised Literacy Support $720

10 x sessions- Academic Support $640

Term packages are the primary offering at Flourish and include:

  • A reserved weekly session time

  • Personalised learning planning

  • Explicit, targeted instruction

  • Ongoing progress monitoring

  • Parent communication and feedback

Students attend on a consistent weekly basis across the school term to support confidence, skill development, and long-term growth.

Payment Options

Families may choose:

  • Upfront term payment

  • Fortnightly automatic payments (where available)

Invoices are issued prior to the commencement of each term to secure your child’s ongoing session time.

Casual Individual Sessions

Structured Personalised Support Sessions - $80 per session (min. 3)

Academic Support Sessions- $70 per session

Comprehensive Diagnostic Literacy Assessment- $299

Limited casual sessions may be available for:

  • Short-term support ( min. 3 Structured Personalised Literacy Support Sessions or Individual Academic Support Sessions)

  • Diagnostic assessment-only bookings

  • Additional revision sessions

Please note that casual bookings are subject to availability and do not guarantee an ongoing weekly placement.

Payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

As session times are reserved specifically for each student, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Unfortunately, cancellations made within 24 hours of the session time may be charged in full.

Where possible, one make-up session per term may be offered at tutor discretion and subject to availability.
