About Me

Hi, I’m Tsari — an experienced primary educator with over 12 years of teaching experience across Australian classrooms. I have a Bachelor of Education from the University of South Australia and graduated with honours, in the top 5% of my division.

I am passionate about helping children become confident, capable learners through personalised, supportive, and evidence-based teaching practices. Throughout my teaching career, I have worked closely with students across a range of learning needs, with a particular focus on literacy development, student wellbeing, and building confidence in learning.

My teaching approach combines explicit instruction with strong relationships, student voice, and meaningful learning experiences. I believe children thrive when they feel safe, supported, and genuinely capable of success. Creating calm, encouraging learning environments where students can build confidence and experience growth is at the heart of my practice.

I have extensive experience in the teaching of literacy, including reading, spelling, writing, grammar, and language development. My professional learning includes PLD, Writers’ Workshop, Writing Plus and MultiLit intervention approaches, which have strengthened my ability to provide targeted, structured literacy support tailored to individual student needs.

In addition to classroom teaching, I have mentored colleagues in literacy practices and contributed to whole-school improvement initiatives focused on student learning and wellbeing.

I understand that every child’s learning journey is unique. My goal is to provide personalised support that not only strengthens academic skills, but also helps children develop confidence, independence, and a positive relationship with learning.
